Fifteen-time GRAMMY Award-winning artist, songwriter and producer Alicia Keys will give a series of live, open-air performances, the “Television City Outdoor Shows,” during her in-person week-long residency on THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN, Monday, Sept. 21-Thursday, Sept. 24 (12:37-1:37 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

During her residency, Keys will perform one song each night from her highly anticipated new album ALICIA to a pre-invited audience, watching from their socially distanced cars at the Television City studio complex in Los Angeles, where THE LATE LATE SHOW is filmed. In addition, Keys will appear in-studio for various segments on the show throughout the week. Keys returns to THE LATE LATE SHOW after filling in for Corden as guest host on Dec. 9, 2019.

Alicia Keys is one of the most iconic stars in the world,” said executive producers Ben Winston and Rob Crabbe. “She is also part of the LATE LATE family. So we are over the moon she is joining us for our first-ever outdoor drive-in shows at our home of Television City, in a week-long residency. We can’t wait.”

ALICIA, Key’s long-awaited seventh studio album, was released worldwide today and has received early praise from critics. It includes her new single, “Love Looks Better,” and previously released hit singles “Underdog,” “Show Me Love (featuring Miguel), and “So Done,” a well-received collaboration with R&B sensation Khalid, who will join Keys for a live performance of the song during the “Television City Outdoor Shows.” Due to COVID protocols, the performances will be limited to an intimate pre-invited audience, and additional admittance cannot be accommodated.

Each weeknight, James Corden invites the audience to join in on the fun as the Emmy Award-winning THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN features a mix of celebrity guests, musical acts, games and sketches. The show regularly features viral segments such as “Carpool Karaoke,” “Crosswalk: The Musical,” “Drop the Mic” and “Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts.” The show holds the YouTube record for the most-watched late night clip with “Adele Carpool Karaoke,” which has 224 million views. THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN airs weeknights (12:37-1:37 AM, ET/PT) on CBS.
